Spitzer Toyota Scion - (5) Star Review on DealerRater

• Our experience at Spitzer started off a little rocky with an unprofessional salesman. We were ready to walk away from the agreed upon deal but the new Sales Manager, Jim Christ, was very understanding of our concerns and offered to make things right. Kristy saved the deal by finding us the desired car in a timely fashion. James Howard delivered the car to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about our Highlander.
