As your vehicle ages you’ll find that cracked
washer fluid tanks are fairly common on cars of a certain age. A good remedy, until
you can buy a new tank to replace your current one, is to take a large plastic
freezer bag and insert it into the tank. Once you secure it, this will allow
you to fill it with the washer fluid until you’re able to purchase a
replacement. This quick fix won’t last forever, but it’s a great way to keep
your windshield clean so you stay safe out there on the road for a short time.
